Where workforce admin expands

Friday’s time record is often assembled from five different versions of the week.

A gang list, a changed diary, paper notes and individual messages can all describe part of the truth. Somebody still has to reconcile them before the business can move on.

01

Attendance is detached

Knowing who was available is not the same as seeing which gang or workday the record belongs to.

02

Changes arrive late

A different finish time or crew movement can sit in a message until the weekly admin has already started.

03

Review lacks context

A bare total is harder to check when the people, date and operational record are held elsewhere.

A more legible week

Keep people, attendance and time close enough to review together.

Workforce records become more useful when they are consistent, visible to the right people and connected to how the business organised the day.

1

Maintain one staff record

Keep the workforce and relevant administration in one place instead of repeating the same names across separate sheets.

2

Reflect how gangs work

Organise attendance and time around the team structure used to deliver jobs, while retaining the individual record.

3

Review before moving on

Give authorised office users a clearer weekly view for checking workforce information and preparing downstream administration.

How it moves

Useful answers

Questions about timesheets.

What workforce information can Scaffold Boss hold?

The workforce area covers staff, roles, gangs, attendance, time records and the administration needed to keep authorised users connected to the right information.

Can we organise people into gangs?

Yes. Gang structure is part of the workflow so the team used in day-to-day planning can also make attendance and time records easier to understand.

Does this replace our payroll provider?

No. Scaffold Boss helps organise and review workforce and time information. It does not currently promise a live payroll-provider integration or replace your payroll, tax or employment compliance process.

Who can see staff and timesheet information?

Access is controlled through user accounts and permissions. Businesses should configure those permissions to match the responsibilities of their staff.

Is pricing based on every scaffolder using the system?

The published guide is based on admin seats: £50 per month for up to 2, £100 per month for up to 5, then £50 per month for each 3 additional admin seats.
